Orders

Payment:
All order payment processing is completed 'Off Site' within the secure environments of our payment processing partners PayPal or Amazon. We do not receive any details or keep any payment information on site or within our databases.

Order Cancellation:
To cancel your order please contact us via our 'Contact Us' page.

Your Security:
All customer details are encrypted via SSL provided by the GeoTrust Group, protecting your information from interception by unintended recipients.

Data Protection:
We protect our website users privacy under the terms of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and are registered as data controllers with the Information Commissioner's Office.

 

Delivery

Delivery Time Scale:
Delivery timescales can vary greatly from country to country but is usually between 3-21 working days from dispatch. Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days.

Delivery Cost:
We offer Free Delivery on all orders. Applicable to the UK mainland and all international sales.


Delivery Service:
Shipping is usually via Royal Mail or Courier services - and deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm. We reserve the right to use any third party delivery services at any time we deem necessary.


International Orders:
We accept orders for delivery to most countries - though there are some exclusions.

 

Returns

Our Returns Policy:
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us will be borne by the customer (depending on the circumstances).

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

To return your order please ask for instructions from us via our 'Contact Us' page or phone call. Please do not send returns to our standard address - a dedicated 'returns address' will be supplied.

If the goods are incorrect or damaged on delivery we will meet the cost of return (but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier). Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit.

We will also replace or exchange any such goods; or refund you for the price paid including delivery charges. In all other circumstances we will exchange the goods or refund you the amount paid (excluding delivery charges) only.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
